We are located on Highway 124 in the heart of Gwinnett's most desirable area just a short drive from I-85, Mall of Georgia, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan Winery & Resort and about one mile north of three of Gwinnett's newest schools: Duncan Creek elementary, Frank N. Osborne Middle School and Mill Creek High School. It's the best of both worlds - pastoral and quiet as the neighborhood that you grew up in, yet minutes from everything you need.

Trilogy Park was designed to celebrate family, friends and fun. We have tree-shaded sidewalks designed to take you to our Summer Time ball park, to our lifeguard protected family swimming pool and kids pool, to our four lighted tennis courts, to our two tot-lot playgrounds or better yet to your friend's house.
